We had an awesome time in the states but were also ready to get back and see our other brothers and sisters in christ. David and Susie picked us up at the airport and brought us home to a stocked fridge and cabinets. They Hanyes were so sweet to go and get us the necessities that was needed for the kids.
We also discovered this awesome cookie cake from the Ostertag's. The kids wanted to dig into that night but it was way too late. Or should I say morning since it was more like 1:00 am? They did get to eat some for breakfast though. I know, horrible meal but it looked to scrumptious to hold out.
Cooper and Avery were so excited to see the rest of the Haynes family. Becky, that crazy lady, came over and cooked us some lunch. We really are going to miss them when they go on stateside.
We were welcomed back with so much love. We don't want the Ostertag's and Haynes family to leave us for their stateside. But we now they do have family that would like to see them. Selfishly though, I wouldn't let any of them leave!

i heard becky speak this past weekend in gatlinburg, tn at a missions getaway weekend. she was incredible.
i told our wmu ladies about her tonight and i'm trying to get in touch with her to see if she would possibly come and join us at our next wmu meeting next month!!!
